Chatbot App Plus is a premium subscription plan offering enhanced access to features, tools, and models within the Chatbot App. There are two Plus-tier subscription packages:
Pro: Includes 3 pricing options β monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
Ultra Pro: Also includes 3 pricing options β monthly, quarterly, and annual, with significantly extended usage limits.

How to Subscribe
Log into your Chatbot App account.
Navigate to your profile settings.
Click on Plans, then select Pro or Ultra Pro.
Usage Limits
Plus plans may include message or feature usage limits during peak times, which may vary based on server load and subscription tier (Pro vs Ultra Pro).
Managing Your Subscription
View or download invoices
Cancel or modify your plan
Manage billing details via the Account > Plans section.
Refunds
If you encounter an issue or believe you were incorrectly charged, you may email [email protected] to request a refund.
Billing Options
Both Pro and Ultra Pro support annual, quarterly, and monthly billing options.
Data Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Users can opt out of data usage for model training at any time via the Data Controls section.
