How do I delete my account?

If you would like to request the deletion of your account and personal data, we are required to complete a verification process to confirm that the request is being made by the rightful account owner in accordance with GDPR requirements. This step is necessary for both security and technical processing purposes.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you're certain you'd like to proceed, follow the steps below carefully.

Steps to delete your account:

  1. Log in to your Chatbot App account.

  2. Go to Account Settings.

  3. Scroll down to the Delete Account section.

  4. Click Delete Account.

  5. A 6-digit code will be generated and shown on screen.

  6. Enter the code in the confirmation field.

  7. Click Confirm to permanently delete your account.

What happens after deletion?

All your data, including your profile, preferences, and saved content, will be permanently removed.

Any active subscriptions or services linked to your account will be lost.

If you wish to return in the future, you’ll need to create a new account from scratch.
