Not receiving the verification code email / Unable to get email from Chatbot App

If you didn't receive your verification code, try the following steps:

1. Check your spam or junk folder

The email can sometimes be filtered automatically. Search your inbox for Chatbot App or "verification code" to make sure it didn't land in spam, junk, or a promotions tab.

2. Confirm your email address

Make sure you entered your email correctly, with no typos or extra spaces. A small mistake in the address means the code is sent somewhere else.

3. Wait a moment and request a new code

Delivery can take a minute or two. If the code hasn't arrived, or has expired, request a new one from the verification screen.

4. Add us to your safe senders

Add Chatbot App to your contacts or safe senders list so future emails aren't blocked or filtered out.

5. Check your inbox storage and filters

A full inbox or custom email rules can prevent new messages from arriving. Free up space or review your filters, then request the code again.
