How to report a bug to us?

Reporting bugs and sharing details with the Chatbot App Team.

Found something that isn't working as expected? Let us know so we can fix it.

To report a bug, email our support team at [email protected] and include:

  • A clear description of what happened, and what you expected to happen

  • The steps to reproduce it, if you can

  • Your browser and device

  • Any error message you saw

  • A screenshot or screen recording, if possible

  • Your User ID (found in Settings)

The more detail you share, the faster we can identify and resolve the issue. Thank you for helping us improve Chatbot App.
