How to recognize a charge on your bank statement?

Identifying Chatbot App charges on your bank or card statement.

If you see an unfamiliar charge on your bank or card statement, it may be from your Chatbot App subscription. Because payments are processed through our secure payment provider, Paddle, the charge may appear under Paddle's name rather than "Chatbot App."

What the charge may look like

On your statement, a Chatbot App charge typically appears with a descriptor such as:

  • PADDLE.NET* CHATBOTAPP

  • PADDLE.NET

  • Paddle

The exact wording can vary slightly depending on your bank and card issuer.

How to confirm the charge is yours

Check the date and amount against your subscription's renewal date and plan price.

Look in your inbox for a purchase or renewal confirmation email from Chatbot App or Paddle.

Review your plan and billing history in Account Settings → Plans.
