Chatbot App won't load: what to do?

If Chatbot App won't load or open in your browser, it's usually a temporary issue you can fix in a few steps.

1. Refresh the page

Reload the page first — a quick refresh clears most temporary glitches.

2. Check your internet connection

Make sure you have a stable connection. Try opening another website to confirm, or switch networks (e.g. from Wi-Fi to a wired connection) and try again.

3. Clear your browser cache and cookies

Old cached data can stop the app from loading correctly. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then reload the page.

4. Try an incognito/private window

Open Chatbot App in a private browsing window. If it works there, the issue is likely a browser extension or cached data — disabling extensions or clearing your cache should fix it.

5. Try a different browser or device

Switch to another browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) or another device to see if the problem is specific to your current setup.

6. Make sure your browser is up to date

An outdated browser can cause loading problems. Update to the latest version and try again.
