How can I update the payment method for my subscription?

Need to switch your credit card or payment provider? Here's how to manage your billing details.

To update the payment method associated with your Chatbot App subscription:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Account Settings > Billing Details.

  3. Click Edit under the Payment Methods.

  4. Enter your new card details or choose a different supported payment method.

  5. Save your changes β€” future charges will be billed to the updated method.

⚠️ Your new payment method will apply to the next billing cycle. Previously issued invoices cannot be reprocessed with a new card.
