How do I restore my purchase?

If you previously cancelled your subscription, your plan won't renew on its own — but you can restart it anytime with the Reactivate option.

To reactivate your plan:

Log in with the account you used when you originally subscribed.

Go to Settings → Reactivate.

Follow the prompts to restart your plan.

Your subscription will resume, and you'll regain full access to all included models and features.

Still not working?

If your plan doesn't reactivate, or you don't see the Reactivate option, contact our support team and include:

  • The email address or account you used to subscribe

  • Your purchase receipt or order confirmation
