If you've purchased a subscription but don't see it, the cause is usually one of two things. Find your situation below.
Step 1: Log in
Open Chatbot App and sign in using one of the following options:
Google
Apple
Microsoft
Email
If you sign in with Email, enter your email address and password, then enter the verification code we send to your inbox to complete login.
Important: Use the exact same sign-in method you used when you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed while logged in with Google, log in with Google again — not with email.
Step 2: Find your situation
A) "I purchased a subscription, but it doesn't appear"
This almost always means you're logged in with a different account than the one used at purchase.
Log out and log back in using the exact sign-in method you used when subscribing.
Once you're on the correct account, your subscription activates automatically.
B) "I cancelled my subscription and want to start again"
If you previously cancelled, your plan won't renew on its own. To restart it:
Make sure you're logged in with the account used at purchase.
Go to Settings → Reactivate to restart your plan.

Your purchase receipt or order confirmation
