How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Pro or Ultra Pro subscription at any time through your account settings.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Chatbot App account.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Plans.

  3. Click Cancel Plan and follow the instructions to complete the cancellation.
