When you subscribe to Chatbot App, a receipt is generated for your purchase. Here's what to know about finding and using it.
How you receive your receipt
After you subscribe, a purchase confirmation email is sent to the email address used at checkout. Because payments are processed through our secure payment provider, Paddle, your receipt may be sent from Paddle and reference Paddle in the sender or details.
If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct.

The plan you purchased
The amount charged and the currency
The date of purchase
Your billing/renewal cycle
Why your receipt is useful
Keep your receipt handy — it's helpful for:
Confirming your subscription and renewal date
Identifying a charge on your bank statement
Contacting support about a billing question (include it with your request)

If you can't locate your receipt or need a copy, contact our support team and include the email address or account used to subscribe, along with the approximate date and amount of the charge. We'll help you retrieve it.
