If your verification code isn't being accepted, it's usually because it has expired or wasn't entered correctly. Try the following steps:
1. Request a new code
Verification codes expire after a short time for security. If too much time has passed, the code will no longer work — go back to the verification screen and request a new one.
2. Use the most recent code
If you requested the code more than once, only the latest code is valid. Earlier codes stop working as soon as a new one is sent, so always use the most recent email.
3. Enter the code carefully
Make sure you're typing the code exactly as shown, with no extra spaces. If you're copying and pasting, check that you haven't included any blank characters before or after the code.
4. Open the latest email
Confirm you're looking at the newest verification email, not an older one still in your inbox. Check your spam or junk folder as well, in case a newer code was filtered.
