You can request deletion of your Chatbot App account and your associated data at any time.
To delete your account:
Open Settings.
Go to your account section.
Select Delete Account and follow the instructions to confirm.
Deletion is permanent — your chats, saved content, and account data will be removed and can't be recovered. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first so you aren't charged again.
If you'd prefer to request data deletion directly, or you can't access the in-app option, contact our support team at [email protected] with the email address or User ID associated with your account.
