Why can't I log in to the Chatbot App platform?

If you're having trouble accessing your account, here are a few steps you can take to resolve it.

If you've subscribed but can't access your premium features, it's usually one of a few common causes. Try the steps below.

1. Make sure you're signed in with the correct account

Premium access is tied to the account you used when subscribing. If you're signed in with a different sign-in method (e.g. Email instead of Google), your premium features won't appear.

Log out, then log back in using the exact same sign-in method you used at purchase.

2. Confirm your subscription is active

Open your account settings and check your current plan and renewal date. If your subscription has expired or been cancelled, your premium access will have ended. In that case, you can re-subscribe or reactivate your plan from your settings.

3. Refresh your account

Sometimes premium access just needs a moment to sync:

Refresh the page

  • Check that you have a stable internet connection

  • Try signing out and back in

Still can't access your premium features?

If you've tried the steps above and still can't access your premium features, contact our support team and include:

  • The email address or account you used to subscribe

  • Your User ID (found in Settings)

  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages
