Why can't I log in to the chatbot platform?

If you're having trouble accessing your account, here are a few steps you can take to resolve it.

1. Incorrect login credentials

Double-check that you're using the correct email and password. Typos or using the wrong email address can prevent access.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to receive a reset link.

2. Third-party login methods

If you signed up using Google or Apple, make sure you're selecting the same method when logging in.

Email and password login won’t work for accounts created with third-party providers.

3. Account suspension or restriction

In some cases, accounts may be temporarily suspended or restricted due to unusual activity or policy violations.

Check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for any email notifications from us regarding your account status.

4. Browser or network issues

Browser settings can interfere with the login process. Try the following:

  • Use an incognito/private browsing window

  • Clear your browser's cookies and cache

  • Switch to a different browser or device

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable
